Accessing this website and/or any pages thereof (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) implies that you agree with and understand the following Terms and Conditions and the legal information pertaining to both this Website and any material contained therein.

The Website and the application provide a set of contents divided into:

- Shops from a selection of different categories of merchants, which redirect the User to the Website of each Advertiser.

- Promotions and discount codes with set expiration dates from the online shops, which redirect the User to the specific page of the offer within the Advertiser’s website.

The OfferBox application provides a set of contents divided into:
- Available offers related to the websites the user visits.
- A special bargain at Windows start up.

These offers will be chanelled through the use of an OfferBox local proxy developed and owned by AEDGE PERFORMANCE, and will be displayed within a notification, in which OfferBox alerts of the availability of offers. The User has the option to disable the reception of these offers through the “OfferBox" option in the Start menu or by right clicking the OfferBox icon tray and selecting "Preferences". He/she can also choose the categories of offers he/she wishes to receive.

AEDGE PERFORMANCE BCN has no control over the content published on linked websites and therefore cannot be held responsible for such content. The links are solely for suggestion purposes for the User, who should ascertain the terms of use and contracting terms of said linked websites prior to carrying out any transaction, which shall be independent of the Terms and Conditions of Use stated herein.
The User can uninstall the software at any time, using the standard uninstall procedures provided by the computer’s operating system. By way of example, users employing the Microsoft Windows operating system may uninstall the software by accessing the Control Panel >Add/Remove Programs, selecting from the list of installed applications, clicking on the button Change/Remove and following the instructions described.
